PROJECT OVERVIEW

Inspired by the gathering places and vineyards of Napa, this Modern Rustic blends the warmth of woods and the permanence of stone with the drama of high ceilings, vast living spaces, and a dramatic color palette. In wanting to modestly allow the view to reach the bathroom space, pivoting white oak wood planks can be rotated to allow or not allow a view to the bathtub. The powder room is lined in 3D wood planks bound by infinity mirrors.

The lower level is an entertainer’s paradise. Set up for the microbrew connoisseur, this lower level bar features keg storage and plenty of space for your favorite viewing party. The ceiling is meshed with vintage inspired globe lights for the perfect party atmosphere. A gym with dry sauna tuck into the corner while a wood and upholstered theater round out the space. This home didn’t have a chance to complete before the new owners had to have it.
